Currently on the FTTA 5G and 2.G , got approved and my WiFi started working immediately in less than 4 hours of application; super impressed with the customer service and how they respond to queries , I’m currently on the 200mbps line and it’s performing super well. Thanks guys for the willingness to help, I encountered some issues on registration but were resolved super quick. Great WiFi service will keep reviewing it when I use it, if there isn’t another follow up review just know I’m happy here, so far super happy, this is coming from a person who had another WiFi provided before them
Excellent service getting set up! Did everything over a quick WhatsApp convo and they helped me set up, get connected, change my usernames and password to what I wanted and set up my cable connection from the router to my PC in less than 30 mins! Brilliant

Currently we have partnered with “The Courier Guy” You can track your parcel at : https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track . You will need your tracking number from Cybersmart via the Help Desk. Turnaround times for courier delivery will depend on the size of item and the option chosen on order.
Where it accepts your order, FTTA will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
